Important Forms For Cross Country
ALL athletes are required to complete the Family Insurance Information form and the Academic Pledge form. This MUST be completed before the first meet.
Any athlete that will not be riding the bus home from meets must fill out the transportation policy even if they are riding home with their own parents.
